Board Advent

The most active boards were a furry image dump and a namefag niggerhell.

The Board Advent was an event run by Thanos where a new board with its own unique gimmick would be created every day. At the end of the month, a handful of the most active boards would be permanent and the rest would be 'nished to dust. There were no tricks or challenges this time. The only requirement was that a board is more active than the others. It ended on January 4, 2025, leaving /bp/ and /dem/ as permanent boards.

• Day 1: /uncalm/ - Uncalm was added. Only bad vibes are allowed in this board. Being calm or having fun is banned.
• Day 2: /epi/ - Early Presidential Inauguration was added.
• Day 3: /dem/ - Democracy was added. This board will elect its own president who will serve as its head janitor after a 1 week long campaigning period. The namefield and tripcodes were enabled soon to accommodate for this.
• Day 4: /bp/ - Bipedal Animals/Petroleum was added. It quickly became an /anthro/ clone, after petroleum gems dried up.
• Day 5: /chr/ - Theological Discussions was added.
• Day 6: /tr/ - Trollface and Troling^[sic] was added.
• Day 7: /gfly/ - Gigaflies was added.
• Day 8: /bb/ - Battleboarding was added.
• Day 9: /tri/ - Tricycling was added. Easily the worst board idea and dead on arrival.
• Day 10: /his/ - History was added.
• Day 11: /leftysoy/ - Left-Handed Soyjaks was added. The /dem/ election qualifiers begin.
• Day 12: /cam/ - Cameramen was added. Voting for the /dem/ election begins.
• Day 13: /fash/ - Fashion was added.
• Day 14: /z/ - Warriors was added.
• Day 15: /k/ - Ammu-Nation was added.
• Day 16: /rape/ - Real Anti Pajeet Experiences was added.
• Day 17: /aw/ - Admin Worship was added.
• Day 18: /reddit/ - Soyjaks/Family Friendly was added. Racism, homophobia, political discussion and other controversial topics were banned on this board.
• Day 19: /dnb/ - Drum n' Bass was added.
• Day 20: /abdl/ - Aryan Battle Directions List was added. /leftysoy/ is changed to Left-Wing Politics.
• Day 21: /incel/ - Involuntary Celibacy was added.
• Day 22: /ned/ - Zellig was added.
• Day 23: /bapepe/ - Banana Pepe was added.
• Day 24: /qa5/ - Census is added. This final board datamined soyteens with various questions on the event and the site in general, with an alleged bonus for those who answer all questions, and answer them truthfully.

Elimination

When the Elimination Phase began, Thanos revealed that he'll keep the amount of boards spared a secret. One or two boards could survive the event, or he could make all of them ACK!

First Day

As promised, on New Year's Day, the elimination phase began. Half of the 24 boards were eliminated. On a personal note, the dozen boards that were eliminated were SNCA that were all dead on arrival, therefore nothing of value was lost.

Second Day

As expected, 6 boards go ACK! This leaves 6 boards. There's a question of what will constitute as "half" for 3 boards, though it is widely speculated that the 3 remaining boards will become permanent fixtures. On a personal note, only the non-SNCA boards remain at this point.

Third Day

Three more boards were ACKed, leaving 3 boards. The following day would decide which boards were going to stay permanently, and the exact number was stated to be "anywhere between 3 and 0."
