Quote, otherwise known as NuOwner, BananaSplit, Qoot, and formerly Mud, is the current owner of Soyjak.party, succeeding Froot. His name originates from a character called Quote in an indie game called "Cave Story".[2]

Quote owns and maintains all of the official Soysphere websites. He has also added many features such as JS Paint to The Sharty, including advanced datamining capabilities.

Although he was initially only a developer, he quickly took on a more active role in the management of The Sharty, and near the end of Froot's reign he was practically an admin. He is typically portrayed as a magenta-colored wholesomejak, doe his favorite depiction of himself is a Soyak dressed as the Cave Story character Quote.

He has been praised for his gemming up campaigns on The Sharty, such as ACKing /nate/ and leaking the IP of a foodist.🗝️[3] (thoughbeit xis ip was present on xis 'ki page prior to this).

Quote became a janny around Spring of 2023.[4] He was later promoted to manager under Root's administration. At 8:40 PM EST - 9:00 PM EST on August 8, 2024, he was appointed as the developer of The Sharty upon Ronald's resignation, with his most trusted mod taking his place as Manager. He became the owner of soyjak.party on May 9, 2025, following Froot's final QnA.[5]

Quote has had many nicknames during his time on The Sharty, or in other places within The Soysphere. His first nickname was Mud, coined by the soymmunity, but it's become less common. On the 'ki he uses the alias "BananaSplit" which is "An American ice cream-based dessert consisting of a peeled banana cut in half lengthwise, and served with ice-cream and sauce between the two pieces." Whilst on Soycraft, IRC and Frootcord he has used the nickname "Quote" which has now become the common name. On Soyjak.blog he uses the nickname Ballos, and in his blog description he states that he is also The "Operator of marge.moe" thus he also manages the website Marge.moe which is used to track PPH on various imageboards. He has many different nicknames and identities. you VILL NOT investigate FURTHER.
