Npcs exist everywhere in our world. they are typically robots programmed to follow advice or things given from there TV. Despite common misconception these NPCS are not sentient.
Typically NPCS are neutral. Not programmed to attack anyone unless threatened. They typically live a normal uneventful life. NPCS typically have predetermined lines to say when in conversation. A common myth about NPCS is that they are all liberal. however that is not true. NPCS can be either left or right.
A common way to identify a NPC is to check if they can form a independent opinion. NPCS are based on logic and predetermined behavior. Designed to follow what the tv tells them by there neurallink microprocessor.
