General Rules
- Do not post, discuss in graphic detail, upload, request, or link to anything that is illegal in the United States. If you do, you may be reported to law enforcement. [a]
- Do not add NSFW material unless absolutely necessary. If possible, such material should be censored. Soyjak Wiki staff reserve the right to delete any NSFW material. Obscene NSFW, that is "shock" content, is a bannable offense.
- Vandalism is not permitted. Do not delete, blank or replace the content of a page. If you want to delete a page, add
{{delete}}
at the top of the page and leave the rest of the content intact. Displaying the behavior of vandalism consistently is grounds for a harsh ban. - Advertising is not permitted.
- Pages should be at the very least tangentially related to soyjaks or soy culture.
- Edit warring is discouraged.
- If you're identified as a member of a hostile community, you'll be banned.
Notes
- ↑ Graphic real world and fictional depictions of death, violence, torture, and gore involving minors falls under this category and is prohibited from being posted or linked to.
Usernames and Alternate Accounts
- Do not use alternate accounts (sockpuppets) to break any of the other rules listed.
- Do not create or use alt accounts to circumvent a ban. Doing so will result in a permanent ban, so wait or appeal your current ban.
- Do not impersonate soyjak.party staff.
Ban appeals
If you would like to appeal a ban, simply put a message on your own talk page or send an email stating why your ban should be lifted.
Deleting Your Account
Accounts can never be fully deleted, like on Wikipedia. The most you can do is ask an Admin for your account to be vanished. You may also ask a Suppressor to suppress your account from the wiki. An example of user suppression is edits made by "(username removed)", which in a way completely erases them from the wiki for normal wiki users. This is as close as we can get as possible to actual account deletion.
Templates and examples
- Here is a list of good pages; they contain images, pertinent info, links, galleries (when necessary), and are well structured.
